Disney is developing a huge community in Rancho Mirage CA called "Cotino." They call it "story living" - the ultimate immersive experience. The Guardian calls it "curated living." Disneyland for seniors.

LA Times just did a story on it but it is behind a paywall - available through Apple News. I haven't seen any financial projections but I will look.

I assume the sports venues and activities will be ESPN-branded lol. I wonder what else?
