China says US seizure of ships 'serious violation' of international law
BEIJING, Dec 22 (Reuters) - China's foreign ministry on Monday said the United States' seizure of another country's ships was a serious violation of international law, after the U.S. intercepted a China-bound oil tanker off the Venezuelan coast.
Venezuela has the right to develop relations with other countries, China's foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said at a daily press briefing, adding that China opposes all "unilateral and illegal" sanctions.
On Saturday, the U.S. Coast Guard intercepted a second oil tanker in international waters off the Venezuelan coast, days after President Donald Trump announced a "blockade" of all sanctioned oil tankers entering and leaving Venezuela.

I am having big trouble getting through to the site at times. Delays, and then there's a Ninja check for entry now. It generally might let me make a reply at times, but I'm blocked from making new posts. Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me? If it's just me I can get my computer checked, but Norton scans say I'm OK. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Been working fine for me. Can you try accessing the site from another device? A tablet or smart phone? That would tell you if it's your account, or just the device. I'd put good money on it being your particular device.

I can get through right now on my phone, but I never set my phone up to post, just to read. But it gets no Ninja capcha to sign in, and it's on the same wifi. It says it is BitNinja which is a server protector, and it's a PITA.

I got past the problem by downloading Proton VPN, but I'll be unable to use my phone. Unless someone knows how to make my IP poison to Bitninja, can't see how it's malicious. Somehow Bitninja thinks my IP is a hacker IP. Hmm, how about my phone now? The continuing saga of dealing with things I don't know about.
