Greggs, UK bakery francise, now at the lowest price in the last 5 years. Possibly due to the prospect of earnings coming in 10% lower than last year. Low debt, good yield, good track record of growth. Good dividend, value play with a little more growth left in it.
Unite Group, student accomodation REIT in the UK that I have mentioned before, is now cheaper than ever, and at a 10 year low despite considerable growth over the period. Moderate debt, excellent yield, good track record of growth. Currently around 540p/share price, for around 1000p/share in net asset value (or 1100p/share if you were to try and replicate it inc taxes etc). Interesting dividend, value and GARP play.
There's some discussion of both over on the non-US Stocks board.

GRG.L no longer seems to be a falling knife, from 1410p yesterday to 1561p today is a +10% rally.
Last time it rallied that hard from 5-year lows, a month or so ago, it continued up to about 1720p.
