FOR DECADES - Liberals were fine with bias in the media and Liberal control.
Then came other outlets, with opposite bias and Liberals called for boycotts, fairness doctrines, all of that.
Now, yes, it's devolved further into the dumb shit the OP pointed out from Jesse whatever.

Liberals looked the other way on bias.
Now, digital culture and tribalism is enabling not just bias, but out and out gaslighting. And - -because the tribes are insular, the see the same shit every glance, and then discuss the same shit with their insular social circle.
Now for those of us not owned by partisanship and just wnated to see your democracy get bent over and pounded in the ass:
GOOD! An honest watchdog media is needed to preserve democracy.
