There's an article in the WSJ on 6/5/2025 page A2 that says the hiring freeze at the Beareau of Labor Statistics has impacted the inflation calculation in April. Government statisticians had to use a less precise method for guessing price changes more extensively than they have in the past. We will need to keep up on this.
