am sure japan, sk, will always implement fixes faster\better than america. (ref: 3mileIsland restart)

nuclear power resilience is much more existential when unable\unwilling to burn fossil at record rates.
and neither will allow loss of the experienced workforce and supply chain.
america, via westinghouse, has already requested help from japan.
