Wouldn't it be nice if Ajit Jain's BRK.A sale and Greg's large BHE sale followed by a purchase of BRK.A stock with only a portion of the after-tax proceeds (leaving both vice chairmen plenty cashed-up) preceded both gentlemen requesting that their $20m annual salaries be reduced to something closer to Warren's $100k annually for the duration of their tenure at Berkshire.

I don't expect it or begrudge their current pay packages - but it would certainly send a nice message.
