So GW Bush had a wonderful economy, if we don't "ding" him for the effects of the Financial Crisis that were outside of his control.

And Herbert Hoover had a wonderful economy, if we don't "ding" him for the effects of the Great Depression that were outside of his control.

Because as soon as the economy goes south under a Republican President we stop counting.

How about that record setting $8 Trillion Trump added to the national debt, do we stop counting after $1 Trillion?
