These considerations led me to prefer Interactive Brokers as my broker

Having an account at IB myself I think for a starting investor (Manlobbi´s target group) it would be the worst choice, as dealing with their user-unfriendly system might lead (not only) a newbie to despair.


companies who seem to be looking out for their customers’ best interests ... WISE comes to mind for foreign exchange

Great company indeed, and regarding ease of use the opposite of IB.
