It is nice of you to post, but please write an introduction to links when inserting them. This one isn't too bad because it has the title as the link, but still it is a long general article and it is better to point the reader to something in particular to put attention to, or express why you are pointing attention to it. Your opinion/insight is the most important thing as readers can then correspond with you.
