He also just passed a law to allow FL to ignore NH drivers licenses as invalid, even though that's illegal. Even I know that. Contacts and marriages and other official documents have to be recognized by all states, regardless of their own laws governing those issues.

It's part of his crackdown on immigrants, but he still can't do it under current federal law.
