Fractional share order entry is now available for most S&P 100Ž stocks, plus DIA, SPY, QQQ and IWM. You may buy or sell any share quantity with up to three decimal places. Additional symbols are planned in the coming weeks, and dollar-based orders are planned for later this year.

I logged on this afternoon and got this notification. It wasn't there this morning.
