Yup. I commented, several days ago, that the bar for how much resistance to ICE storm troopers will result in immediate execution will be lowered. Telling the troopers they are immune to prosecution at the state or local level, assures that will happen.

I was watching the early news on the local Detroit ABC affiliate today, and saw a lengthy report about it. This is the one with video of a 17 year old, being shoved into an ICE vehicle, while protesting he is a US citizen. He was then roughed up by the ICE troopers, then dumped, bloody and crying, at a WalMart.
Anyway, to Alpha's post: ever notice how foul mouthed ICE troopers tend to be? In the Good case, you can hear the guy yanking on her door handle swearing. Then the guy who shot her, swearing more. Same thing at the incident at Target. The troopers were incredibly foul mouthed. I remember when the police were depicted as the good guys, the guys who carried guns and ran toward danger, so I don't need to. What sort of image are they projecting today? What bottom tier of USian society are they recruiting from?

I for one certainly do not think it was necessary for Ms. Good to try to use deadly physical force by attempting to run down the LEO in her SUV.
I don’t anyone thinks it was necessary for Renee Nicole Good to use deadly force, especially Renee Nicole Good. And she didn’t.
First, she was at a stand still with the “fucking bitch” ICE agent about 10 feet away. Given that she wasn’t driving a Lamborghini, even if she floored the vehicle, she couldn’t have gone more than a few miles per hour. Plus, her wheels were turned away from the “fucking bitch” ICE agent. Plus, the “fucking bitch” ICE agent fired his first shot after the front in the car (you know, where the engine is) was past where he as standing. Plus, the “fucking bitch” ICE agent was standing with his arms stretched out holding his weapon several feet from the car when he fired bullets into the open SIDE window.
The “fucking bitch” ICE agent was never in danger and can be seen casually walking to the vehicle just in time to tell a doctor not to help Renee Nicole Good. That alone tells us what kind of piece of shit he is.
If Renee Nicole Good wanted to kill the “fucking bitch” ICE agent, he’d be dead.

I'm old. I grew up watching "Dragnet", "Adam-12" and the original "Five-O". Policemen were shown representing a certain level of moral behavior. Now I turn on the news, and see ICE officers dropping F-bombs with about every other sentence. I want to ask those guys "does your mama know how you talk to people?". Of course, these days, talking to them like that would probably get me roughed up, maybe tossed in a cell for a few hours.
