France and Spain are basically cowing in front of Iran.

We don’t need the French for literally anything. Since de Gaulle won WW2 all by himself they’ve believed they’re the key power in NATO. Fine.
In Spain we base a number of ships out of Rota. Perhaps Portugal or Morocco could be alternative sites.
Pull everything except the hospital and supply points out of Germany and move it to Poland. No need to feed the German economy free money and protection any longer.
