Oh no! The "JCs" are entitled to their money, no matter how desperate the Prole's situation. I expect Trump the Most Perfect and Rich, to carry on #43's work by amending the "Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA)", to impose the same restrictions on discharge as exist for student loans, on all personal debt. The vitality of the economy is dependent on sucking ever more money out of the Proles. Let's make Prole debt multi-generational too. If the debtors don't have any assets, their spawn, parents, and siblings, get the bill. Pay. Pay. PAY!
Unlike Chapter 13, Chapters 7 and 11, for "JCs", are not failure or mismanagement. Chapters 7 and 11 are a perfectly acceptable business plan, to enrich yourself, at the expense of others.
