I wonder if Yahoo! would ever consider selling off their fantasy sports group... Very few of the leagues I am in are managed by ESPN (NCAA is the lone exception).

ESPN is an interesting challenge, because it isn't an obvious strategic fit with Disney. Iger's strategy for Disney is to combine content and experience. How do they do that with sports? Fantasy sports leagues and gaming are obvious "participation" markets for ESPN but maybe not for Disney, at least brand-wise. Does it make sense to build the ESPN brand alongside Disney's, with ESPN-branded sports experiences and content? Maybe athletic fantasy worlds? Disney is good at that!

And the biggest question of all: will we see a casino at the Magic Kingdom someday!
