Paternalistic White Liberals call the Vice President 'Kamala' when rarely did we refer to Bush, Cheney, Gore n as George, Dick, or Al. Paternalistic White Liberals did the same thing with SCOTUS - calling her "Ketanji" instead of by her last name. Alito. Roberts. They all got surname treatment. Paternalistic White Liberals see *certain* people as playthings.
Tonight John King as usual on CNN doing a fair good job. On the map he shows the current Harris/Trump returns, and contrasts it with 2020 numbers for Biden. BUT *EVERY* time he points to a Biden number- then he goes to Harris he only calls Harris "her". "2% more for her" "she's doing better" - - never "Harris".
If you are in that 10% of Liberals that *actually* give a shit- think about that for a moment.

Haven't been watching CNN yet. May have to switch over there for a bit to see for myself. Gotta admit that I prefer Kornacki's energy to King's rather dull presentation of the same information. But I do like the CNN hosts a bit better.
I agree it would be a bit disrespectful to the Vice President to be too familiar.
On the other hand, I'd have to ask if that is more or less disrespectful than lying to your audience to the point where you'd prefer to pay 3/4 of a billion dollars so that your viewers won't see in open court how much you've been lying to them - how much you've been disrespecting them.

I think I'm having a Boston cream donut with coffee tomorrow. The grocery store coffee is 25 cents more than Dunkin BUT the donut is 25 cents less and way better.
