After all, it was - Europeans - who did it.
Europeans are the ones who said up yours to the human race.

We killed a couple of hundred thousand Indians, a lot were killed by disease. Cotton Mather noted that 1 out of 20 Indians survived disease in a village he watched, and those people believed God killed them to make way for European settlers. Manifest Destiny didn't come into useaage until mid 1800s. But let's face it, when we first arrived we found deserted cleared fields, so if you religious, God did that.
