The ideal presidential candidate for the Grievance Party announced at CPAC: "I am your retribution."

This only ends in one of two ways: either Trump is the nominee on the Republican ticket or he destroys what little is left of the republican party on his way out the door (either by savaging/not supporting the republican candidate and urging his cult to stay home or by running as an independent).

FDR: "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."

Kennedy: "Ask not what your country can do for you ' ask what you can do for your country."

Trump: "I am your retribution."

Long ago I was a Republican. While I may have moved a bit left since then, the Party moved radically right out of my comfort zone. IMO, they are not a serious party anymore. And they really need to be. We need two serious parties for our system to work. So I hope Trump destroys them. I don't believe he can win another election. Too many people will show up to oppose him. I seriously doubt he'll even get the nomination. But he and his followers could do so much damage that the eventual candidate will be a dead-man-walking. The party needs to implode so it can rebuild itself, as it did with the Know-Nothings or the Whigs.

PS: What the bubbles don't want to see - - Mr "Retribution" is the Al Sharpton of a different segment of America...who feels they need one. If that isn't understood -- well, everywhere from America to UK to Brazil to India to Israel to Italy .....is trending in a splendid way.

Hoepfully draft notices will include the correct pronouns...though I doubt it.
