Just when you think the envirowhackos can't get any nuttier, they top themselves. Windmills are well-known choppers of birds. Now evidently the process of placing them offshore is doing in a large number of whales:

take, by Level B harassment only, is limited to the species and numbers listed in
Table 1.

Gotta love the government-speak there: "Harassment taking" instead of "you can go kill a bunch of stuff.

Looks like they have permission to whack 42 whales. Awesome. Just what we want to see in our "green" energy - more dead stuff.

You can't make these people up. If you did, you'd be certifiably insane.
