More stealing from the most corrupt Administration in U.S. history.
Trump withdrew his $10B lawsuit against American taxpayers because it was headed for dismissal.
Instead, he reached a $1.7B settlement with himself.
He’s looting the taxpayers in broad daylight.

ANOTHER NEW LOW
Trump’s $10 Billion Shakedown of IRS Takes Unnervingly Corrupt Turn
The president’s “settlement” with the IRS appears set to give him a slush fund of $1.7 billion to dole out to allies. How unconstitutional is it? Jamie Raskin counts the ways.

"There is no specific language in the Constitution that says the president can't sue his own government then settle with himself for $1.7 Billion.
So it’s hard to understand why America taxpayers are upset." ~Jonathan Turley, Fox News Personality

Wow the grifting by this administration is truly staggering.
I look forward to the thoughtful responses from our local MAGAs.
Just kidding, I know they will ignore this story, as they do with every fact that proves dear leader is a crook.

I'm expecting a federal lawsuit against this scam in 3..2..1..
And if the court doesn't invalidate this deal then it's taps for our democracy and rule of law.

Spankee has no standing to sue. The IRS did NOT disclose any information, so they can NOT be sued.

Wow!
As part of the "deal" the US justice department ‘forever’ bars the IRS from auditing Trump’s past tax returns...
"The addendum, signed by Todd Blanche, the acting attorney general, says the government is “forever barred” and “precluded” from examining the tax returns of Trump, his family, company and related companies."
"I would be raging against this grifting, criminal enterprise everyday of my life...if Trump were Obama!" ~MAGA Voter

Only a criminal would insist that be part of the "settlement."

A thought: Blanche said during Senate questioning about the fund that anyone could apply for restitution, even Hunter Biden, which I assume he thought was a hilarious joke. But we should take him up on the offer: everyone who has been prosecuted by Trump's DOJ should apply, including all those law firms, media companies, Capital police, ICE detainees, etc. Inundate the DOJ with requests. If is, after all, a fund to remediate the "Weaponization of Justice"! 😊

The govt publicly publishes the tax returns of Spankee, his family, company, AND related companies--for the purpose of having EVERYONE ELSE examine those returns and REPORT FRAUD *instead* of the govt.
Criminal charges can still be filed by the govt--federal, state, and any other govt agency at any level that wants to get the money owed to them.

I know it's a joke. But really, there will be no transparency, no disclosure.
This will be the most corrupt act in the history of our nation. A huge slush fund with which to reward and bribe people. It's INSANE.

And we aren't even 2 years in to the lifetime reign of Trump the Great and Powerful.
