Well, that didn't take long. King Donald is actually referring to himself as "King" after killing congestion parking pricing:
CONGESTION PRICING IS DEAD. Manhattan, and all of New York, is SAVED. LONG LIVE THE KING!How long before King Donald starts wearing a crown? If not in real life, then in some craven image? Soon.
Oh wait, White House staffer (Taylor Budowich) has already posted an AI image of King Donald dressed in the regalia of a king, including a crown.
And you cultists are still in denial over the death of democracy.

The hypocrisy is beyond belief.
If a Democratic POTUS was behaving like Trump, the Republicans would already have started impeachment proceedings. You KNOW that is true.

Even though he never served in the military and generally hates its senior officers.... I still see him someday dressed up like Mussolini, Idi Amin or Augusto Pinochet... with a gold embossed hat and a chestful of medals, including the Congressional Medal of Honor, Silver Star, Bronze Star, Purple Heart and others that we have no idea what they represent.
And look for that big parade down Pennsylvania Avenue in July.

He almost certainly doesn't have any say. Expect that lawsuit incoming shortly.
One thing this administration is going to do is keep lawyers fully employed with all the lawsuits they attract.

I wonder if by the time he leaves office he wears medals to that parade. What a picture.

"I wonder if by the time he leaves office he wears medals to that parade"
As written in the book "Lucky Loser", while in Military School Trump earned zero merit, ribbons,
medals, etc. He excelled at nothing. Before the graduation ceremony, Trump went into
a schoolmate's room and took his medals that he had earned, and wore them to the graduation
ceremony. I think that's called "stolen valor" in the Military.
So yeah, it'll be no surprise when Trump is adorned with medals for parades and photo ops.
And just like with Wharton School of Business, there are no public records available of
Trump's academic record at this Military School. Pretty odd, because all other student's
academic records are available.
It's almost like Trump is a degenerate liar /sarcasm

If that big parade occurs, it will not be about America, but about Donald J. Trump as the savior and guarantor of America. He will be center stage, at the highest location, occupying the place in the stands of greatest visibility. And of course, he will give a speech about how he is saving America from those of us who oppose him.
So… medals on his chest? Wouldn’t be surprised. It could be his coming out party as America’s first dictator, His Excellency Donald J.Trump, Protector and Defender of the Faith and the White Race.

Freemasons?
Good eye!
Not me, but I’ve attended many Masonic funerals, and “so mote it be” is a recurrent liturgical refrain.
The phrase made me laugh; it’s so marvelously archaic that anyone who hears it must run to a dictionary to understand exactly what it means….. though a general sense of it can be gleaned simply by the context.
Anyway, when I’ve wanted to say “So be it”, but in an archaic and sonorous tone, that’s the expression I pull out of my…….er……… hat.

I must be slow, but I don't get it. Was it a typo/thinko/autocorrecto or did you deliberately write it that way?
And yes, "so mote it be" is indeed a Freemason phrase (which I had to look up), but I don't understand what it's supposed to mean when they use it either. "Mote" means a speck, yes? Do Freemasons mean anything specifically different from "so must it be" when they replace "must" by "mote"?
mote (n.)
"small particle, as of dust visible in a ray of sunlight," Old English mot, of unknown origin; perhaps related to Dutch mot "dust from turf, sawdust, grit," Norwegian mutt "speck, mote, splinter, chip." Hence, anything very small. Many references are to Matthew vii.3.

Quick primer on “So mote it be”
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/So_mote_it_beI use the phrase tongue in cheek, partially because it is so delightfully archaic, especially when recited with great seriousness and volume.
Granted, in the world we live in, even the term “archaic” is beginning to sound archaic.

Ok, but Wikipedia doesn't explain the meaning of "mote". And my go-to for etymology doesn't mention "mote" meaning anything but "speck" -
https://www.etymonline.com/word/moteBut this does:
https://scottishritenmj.org/blog/so-mote-it-be-mea..."Amen" is a Latin word derived from the Hebrew word meaning "certainly." So, when a congregation replies with "Amen" at the end of a prayer, it is saying, "So Be It." The word, which is customarily used in modern English prayers, is meant to affirm the prayer, emphasizing its truth and significance. The term "mote" is an archaic verb with roots that can be traced back to Old English. It means "may" or "might," so the phrase "So Mote It Be" literally translates to "So may it be."
