I don’t think you understand how consequential this debate was.

Normally, I’d be in full panic mode along with what appears to be the entire Democratic Party. But for some reason, I’m more sanguine this morning.

Delusional? Always a chance according to my wife and children.

Biden’s performance was abysmal. Then again, so was Trump’s. Biden’s performance displayed everything we feared about him. Then again, so did Trump’s.

So, while the Republicans are busy measuring curtains and the Democrats are busy wringing their hands, I’m willing to wait and see how the dust settles.

This is not a normal election with normal candidates.

Nothing about this election is normal.
