If American troops are attacked by Venezuelans in coming days.....

I guess that means that UK, France, Germany and the rest of the colonizing slave trader gang.....are obligated to bring their equipment and soldiers to Caracas and help the Americans?

If American troops started the conflict, does Article 5 apply at all? I wouldn't think so, but am not familiar with the ins-and-outs of the Treaty and international law in this matter.

Pretty sure our attack was illegal under US law, and also international law. Not positive, but pretty sure.
