I have created a Shrewdsmith (Shrewd + smith) board on the main boards page where improvements can be made to the messages boards as a whole, and I also just moved a few posts from this board to there.

This board is likely more important, though, regarding the participation by Shrews. That is because it does not matter how technically good a board is, but more crucial that the culture is correctly nurtured. I would thus like this board to not only help determine which boards should be created/removed, but how to help Shrews find those boards, and bring Shrewdish conversations there.
