You would think if 42 Million People were about to lose access to food aid they would exercise their constitutional prerogative to petition the government for a redress of grievances, and instruct their Democrat elected officials to approve the clean C.R.
Apparently, the 42 Million would rather starve and have their Fearless Leader Chuckles Schumer score a political "win."

Meanwhile, the mindset in the GOP is probably that those people should get a job, or work more hours, to increase their income to make up for the lost SNAP benefits. That was Radio Shack's mindset, when they cut the pay of the store staff: "sell more stuff, and your pay won't go down".
