I think one of the primary ways to perform responsible government is for any agency that sends out money, they have an ongoing program of re-certifying eligibility. Same for voter rolls. If

To be fair, this predates the Felon by a bit. I seem to recall accusations of "illegal voters" in 2008 (Obama). The Felon has just amplified it. And no amount of data will convince him or his acolytes that it isn't real (including some board members here).
Assuming we are able to depose the King in 2028 (not a sure thing, but probable), the conspiracy theorists -bereft of data- will continue to insist it. Most especially if they lose.
