“ Is there a belief that some day the discount to NAV will diminish?“ Several years ago I thought there was a good chance Brk would offer to buy the fund at say a 4 percent discount to nav. It’s an odd lot for brk 2-3 billion but it would have given the control family an easy exit. It still might happen into trumps lower tax rates for billionaires if the gop can get it passed. My kids and grandkids live in Cali so I just can’t sell their low cost stew.
