Seems that the priority for USian "JCs" is what puts the most money in their pocket, today, without a care about the long term viability of the enterprise. We see this play out often, with companies being hollowed out by the sale and closure of divisions, markets exited, and profits spent buying back stock, instead of making the company stronger. Same for the country. If the "knowledge work" is offshored to people who were educated at other country's expense, then US education can be defunded, and the money given to the "JCs". Other countries fund R&D, so US R&D can be defunded, and the money given to the "JCs". So, US Proles get no more than Bantu education,enough to screw on lug nuts, and keep the "JCs" in the style to which they are accustomed, and they are OK with it, because all the brown people have been run out of the country.
That is the good outcome.
