It’s been awfully quiet, but 1 week from today either a budget will be passed, or a temporary CR, or the government shuts down.

Given the damage the Republicans are doing to our country on a daily basis, a shutdown might be the best option.

If the Republicans agree to a budget, the only question is how much will they take from Medicare and Social Security to pretend to cover the trillions they’ll give the multi-billionaire oligarchs in much needed tax breaks which will, of course, pay for themselves. It’s a miracle!!!
