Of course, it won't go anywhere. Congress doesn't like regulating itself. But this congresswoman had a great idea regarding cognitive decline and remaining in office.

And, best of all, it's non-partisan. If they are getting too old, they probably don't belong in decision-making positions, regardless of party. Via the ethics committee, they could be removed when appropriate.
