Looks like an internal memo was sent, guiding instructors to inform new recruits that they didn’t need a judicial warrant- that an administrative warrant was sufficient for forced entry. And in the process- please disregard all previous instruction on the matter.
So now it’s with Congress. Will Congress do its job?
