...is the most recent examples of trump's grasp on economics.

such a proposal from Dems in the past to stop CC ursury have failed due to complex downstream effects in a free market, which would then require many contorting clauses to even partially address.

it would be amusing to imagine trump burying a few clauses onto this list :
- mandate CC acceptance for bail\appeal bond postings
- mandate CC acceptance for existing CRE loans
- allow crypto bank integration
- ...

(just imagine trump's interest rate savings, not to mention all the bonuses on his amex black!)
