First, it's not like we haven't had flu emergencies in this country before. Saying "I don't know what to do" is a damning indictment of the public/political health apparatus.

Keep in mind, in terms of the harms that were done that you've described with prolonged closures of schools, those were state and local decisions. The government made general recommendations. States had to decide what to do.

The CDC and NIH were doing their level best to push the message that closure is the only thing to do.

Nobody was responsible for more American pandemic deaths than Trump.

A lie from you. More died under Biden than Trump, and Biden had the vaccines that Trump left him.
