I just highlighted the data area, from the column headers
"Date Open High Low Close Adj Close Volume"
to the last row of the data (ending with the volume field)

and hit CTRL-C. (copy)
The opened up Excel and hit CTRL-V (paste).

{Hmmmm, Adj Close and Volume headers are on their own lines.}

Then to clear out the crud, delete all the Dividend & other non-price lines.
