Here is what Harvard law professor are urging and ostensibly teaching to future lawyers about the rule of law.

In a recent open letter, Harvard law professor Mark Tushnet and San Francisco State University political scientist Aaron Belkin called upon President Joe Biden to defy rulings of the Supreme Court that he considers 'mistaken' in the name of 'popular constitutionalism.' Thus, in light of the court's bar on the use of race in college admissions, they argue that Biden should just continue to follow his own constitutional interpretation.

And the left goes on and on about various threats to our democracy. I wonder how they will defend this? My guess, "Trump did something worse so ..."

Who?

Gotta' love how Jonathan Turley finds a couple of academics who wrote something that isn't even original -- Andrew Jackson defied the Supreme Court over Worcester v. Georgia (1832), saying, "John Marshall has made his decision now let him enforce it," stealing Cherokee land despite the court ruling against the state of Georgia -- and somehow it's a Democrat Party Platform.

Besides, president Biden has already said when the high court's spoken, it's spoken, even if he disagrees with its ruling.

Quibble: Authoritarianism is blind submission to authority, favoring complete obedience or subjection to authority as opposed to individual freedom.

Wait... what?

"two liberal professors this month" discuss the validity of a partisan SCOTUS majority achieved by dubious means, so, based on an op/ed by a Fox pundit you ascribe that to the entire ephemeral entity you call "the left'?

Not buying it.

Whether you agree or disagree with "two liberal professors this month", the threats to democracy by an amoral autocratic fraud like FatDon are not diminished.
