Well all know it, even the Trump haters whose affliction won't let them admit it, even to themselves.....
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/...John Kerry skewers Biden on border and says ‘Trump was right’Former US secretary of state John Kerry (D) shared his criticisms of the Biden Administration on the topic of the border
.
.
.
“The first thing any president should say - or anybody in public life - is without a border protected, you don't have a nation,” Kerry said. “I wish President Biden had been heard more often saying, I'm going to enforce the law.”
The border has become particularly important to Trump during his presidency and has played a key role in the MAGA platform in 2024. Many Democrats have advocated for more relaxed immigration laws and a pathway to citizenship for undocumented migrants, criticising Trump’s position as discriminatory.
“Trump was right,” the former climate envoy said. “The problem is we all should have been right.”

They can’t. They can’t ever admit that Trump was right (just like with Bush) because doing so is Heresy in the Church of Progressivism.

First John Fetterman, now John Kerry....
Which prominent democrat will also be brave enough to step up and admit
President Trump is right on the border issue.

Apparently, Mr. Kerry is having some memory issues.
When Biden (D) was president, there was a bipartisan border bill in Congress that included support from some of the most conservative Republican members of Congress. Biden was ready to sign it into law. Among the items it included were:
-Increased border security funding of about $20 billion
- Asylum system reforms
- Emergency border authority, including emergency powers to restrict border crossings
- Continued border wall construction
And who killed the bill? Candidate Trump (R)
Republicans talk about issues. Democrats solve issues.

Yes, yes, Trumps name on the Epstein Pedophile List raises new questions about what Joe Biden should have said. LOL
To reiterate:
Biden wanted Congress to address the problem with a bipartisan solution, you know the way America is supposed to work. (Not like a dictator who throws executive orders at everything.)
Unfortunately...
Fear mongering insurrectionist Donald Trump killed the bipartisan bill that would have addressed the border problem...
He said, "The Senate is better off not making a deal, even if it means the country will close up for a while."
Life long Republican Mitt Romney summed up the situation nicely...
"The border is a very important issue for Donald Trump, and the fact that he would communicate to Republican senators and congresspeople that
he doesn’t want us to solve the border problem because he wants to blame Joe Biden (Kamala Harris) for it is really appalling."
BTW The bill was fully endorsed by the National Border Patrol Council, the Chamber of Commerce, the Wall Street Journal and supported by 66% of Americans.

That bill has joined Epstein’s client list at the bottom of MAGA’s memory hole. Before they put it there, they ran it through the Donald Trump Shredder of Inconvenient Facts.
Same thing happened to Obama’s Iran nuke deal.
All sorts of things sitting in that memory hole.

And the MAGA-verse bought it. As evidenced by at least one poster here who vehemently denies the bill did anything positive, and distorts (lies) about what the bill actually would have done.
As the other poster said, Dems solve problems. Reps just like to cause them, and blame the Dems.**
**I swear that wasn't the party I registered with at 18. But it sure is now.
