And this part is really ironic:

SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICIAL: I think the biggest piece of business beyond the $1 billion loan guarantee and bringing to closure the IMF and helping also to shepherd the European money will be teams that we can put on the ground to help ensure that that money is allocated in an effective way.

$1 billion in loans, and 'shepherd'ing the money right back to The Big Guy, all right.
