It seems the 5th Circuit issued a slightly less crazy version of Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk's decision to ban Mifepristone...

PURSUANT TO THIS ORDER, THE DRUG WILL BE AVAILABLE, But not by mail.

Unsurprisingly, the judges that made this decision were appointed by Trump.
