Even left wing rags are now reporting on Biden’s you all come murderers, drugs, gangs, rapist, thieves, cop beaters moving in and in some instances taking over one nice neighborhoods and parks while being supported by American taxpayers. The facts are not on your side.
Charis Kubrin and Graham Ousey have researched decades of data and analyzed numerous studies on immigration and crime -- which you'll find in their book “Immigration and Crime: Taking Stock” -- and the data say that there's virtually no correlation between immigration and crime.
Well, there is a slight negative correlation: crime goes
down in areas that have more immigration.
Across a variety of studies that use different years of data that focus on different areas of the United States — with some exceptions, there’s some nuance there. I don’t want to deny the nuance — in general, on average, we do not find a connection between immigration and crime, as is so often claimed. The most common finding across all these different kinds of studies is that immigration to an area is either not associated with crime in that area, or is negatively associated with crime in that area. Meaning more immigration equals less crime. It’s rare to find studies that show crime following increases in immigration or with larger percentage of the population that are immigrants.Fewer studies exist of undocumented individuals: "But that body of research is growing, and it pretty much reaches the same conclusion."
Kubrin asks why the headlines focus on the handful of incidents where a migrant has been arrested for crimes -- not to minimize their seriousness ever -- rather than on the tens of thousands of migrants coming here from some of the most difficult living conditions and without possessions of any kind who are not engaging in crime?
But it's interesting that republicans no longer feel a need to hide their eager embrace of the The Great Replacement theory and have so quickly parroted Dementia Don's dehumanization of migrants as ‘Not People ... These Are Animals’.
Well, at least this is no longer a religious-focused board 'cause I'm thinkin' your "Hate Your Neighbor" screed is clearly not a WWJD biblical philosophy.
