Costco seems to be expanding their members-only gasoline business:

1. Their gasoline sales have increased following the extension of their gas station hours nationwide. cspdailynews.com - Costco sees record fuel sales following extended gas station hours

3. They buy gas from large refineries and distributors in each region, give it the Kirkland brand, and guarantee it the same way they do the Kirkland-branded goods on their shelves. rd.com - What kind of gas does costco sell

Plus, they are adding more electric charging. In December last year they teamed up with Electrify America to offer new electric vehicle charging stations at five Costco Wholesale locations.
