will Engoron be limp re: $250M fines and semi-dissolution trump org?

clearly Judge E. does not know how to send a message after 4-5 chump change fines ~150k in a case ALREADY LOST.
(primetime publicity and MAGA fundraising value likely several times higher)

unlimited MAGA funded tactics (delay,appeal,repeat) still look viable across cases.
