Berkshire's counterclaim to the Haslams suit adds plenty of detail to what was going on behind our backs. We're represented by Munger, Tolles and Olson which are nothing less than amazing when it comes to attorneys. Worth reading if for no other reason than to enjoy their great legal work. No screaming and yelling, just the facts. Would not surprise me if we received a billion or two discount.

The sale of the remaining 20% of Pilot to Berkshire apparently is complete. It will be interesting to find out how much Berkshire paid. That may shed some light on how they settled the lawsuit. Anyway, the fact that Berkshire no longer has to deal with the Haslams seems like a good thing.
