I believe the building was vacant. The building’s owner, UK-based investment company EPIC, reportedly signed over the deed in March 2022 to avoid foreclosure.

Not really. House Speaker Moses Johnson said negotiations can wait until Orange Jesus reappears. And while I'm all for whatever befalls those idiots, this will end up hurting innocent people who never had a thought of harming anyone else. Like the man wrote: So it goes.
