It’s the height of hypocrisy, after badmouthing EVs for months, for a Commerce Secretary to be banging the table for Tesla.

What did the Commerce Secretary say earlier about EVs?

If you don't want one...don't buy one. Personally, I won't touch the damn things until solid state batteries are mainstream in cars. Until that happens the tech isn't ready.
