SCOTUS begs to differ. His very special boy can do whatever he wants.

Well, they said he can't be prosecuted for a crime, while in office. Effectively, since he will be President for life, yes, he can't be prosecuted for anything, ever. And his nibs can pardon any of his underlings who are charged under the act, for glorifying his nibs.
