Only think ignorant Fox viewers think most Democratic campaigns about he/him. For example, Harris had a whole host of policies that were about money, justice, fairness, helping the working class, etc. Yet the fact that she was also accepting of those who had gender identity issues was the only thing that made it on to Fox.
