It does seem that whenever the US tries to negotiate with Iran, Israel obliterates the Iranian negotiator.

Maybe, not so much "played" by "Bibi", but reminded of the pix and recordings from Epstein's Mossad honey pot. The Iranian negotiators being killed off as soon as they are identified just provides a "plausible" excuse for never negotiating anything. Just keep on bombing, and bombing, and bombing. An article was posted on the Fool, pointing out that, over two years, Israel has bombed and shelled Gaza to rubble, destroyed all the infrastructure, starved the residents, but Hamas is still there.

Amanpour, last night, ran a clip from an interview with Kharazi, that had been done when the war was only about a week old. Kharazi expressed skepticism about trying to negotiate with the Trump junta. Given that the junta has attacked Iran twice, while negotiating peace, he does not trust the junta to negotiate in good faith.
The opinion expressed in the discussion on Amanpour is Trump the Conqueror intends to employ the tactic Israel calls "mowing the grass", ie never any peace. Simply periodic bombing, forever.
