the meaning of “alignment with Chinese Communist Party talking points.”

The US will need to get some of the Chinese AI systems to see what they do--and how well.

IMO, the quote above would be comparable to trying to get AI to be right-wing oriented.

I do not see that happening unless the govt required specific AI programming that was ONLY able to produce right-wing oriented responses. So, massive censorship at all levels.
