I bought a refurbished HP 360 spectre because it was metal from PC guy's store. Immediately I had problems with the battery freezing at 17% power. So a new $40 battery, but by sleuthing I found out that by holding in the power button to a 30 count and then charging to 100% you recalibrate the battery, and after recalibrating the new battery 5 times, the freezing problem stopped.
Then I was having to sign back into sites (appeared randomly), and I was getting a black screen where the words went so fast I couldn't read them to100%, then sometimes an hp screen or a desktop screen. Sometimes I would get a jerky white screen and just wait. I started keeping records so I could talk and think about it. After a month it started getting really bad, but I saw a pattern and after the jerky white screen and the black screen reboot, I had to sign back into all my sites. Then I framed a question to see if Google could tell me what was going on. Google said my graphics driver was crashing and eliminating cookies in the process, so update it. MY PC guy reinstalled it for me and the problem stopped.
I was having trouble with the mouse pad on the PC going from not moving to jumping way up or down. Frustrated I got out the mouse and somehow that fixed the mouse pad on the PC?
Something 👿👿👿wants me to keep this computer so if I disappear from the board send over a welfare check. :)
